We will have plastic cups at aid stations, but to minimise waste and our environmental impact, we encourage you to bring your own bottle, cup or hydration pack. The stations are equipped for you to refill these and we will have volunteers ready to help you fill your vessel as quickly as possible.

There are toilets at all aid stations and public toilets approximately every 2kms along the course on the Great Lake Pathway.

First Aid will be available on the course by a roving Peak Safety team member. All aid stations will also have a basic first aid kit.
